Clients are responsible for ensuring product claims and materials provided to Nest Up are lawful and accurate.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, materials, strategies, and deliverables created by Nest Up remain the intellectual property of Nest Up unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify materials without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive business information exchanged during the engagement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nest Up shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Regulatory decisions beyond our advisory scope
  • Client misuse of materials

Liability, where applicable, shall be limited to fees paid for the relevant service.

8. Termination
